Our quotes are based on factors including vehicle size, journey distance and your chosen collection and delivery options. The price shown during booking is the price you will pay, with no hidden charges.

We can transport a wide range of goods including documents, parcels, furniture, appliances, pallets and business deliveries. If you are unsure whether your item can be carried, contact our team before booking.

Our standard service includes one courier driver and is not a two-person delivery service. You are responsible for ensuring that each item can be safely collected and delivered, including arranging sufficient able-bodied help at both addresses for anything heavy or bulky. A driver may assist where it is safe and reasonable to do so, but they must not be expected to lift an item that cannot be safely handled by one person. Yes. Every delivery is fully tracked by our operations team from collection through to delivery, allowing us to monitor your consignment throughout its journey.

Absolutely. You can choose an ASAP collection or book in advance for a future date, selecting the collection option available for your journey.

If you need to amend or cancel your booking, please contact us as soon as possible. Depending on how close your booking is to the scheduled collection time, changes or cancellation charges may apply.

Our courier partners carry the appropriate insurance for the services they provide. If you are sending particularly valuable, fragile or specialist items, please let us know before booking so suitable arrangements can be confirmed.
